Sales Manager (m/w/d)

About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners. You’ll identify opportunities, connect with potential customers and guide them toward the high-tech solutions that best meet their needs. With a strong focus on collaboration, clear communication, and customer satisfaction, you’ll help grow our international network and represent our company with confidence, both online and in person.

This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys taking initiative, thrives in a team-oriented environment and finds genuine satisfaction in helping clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships nationally and internationally

  • Proactively identify and reach out to new leads Communicate effectively with clients in German and English (Italian or French is a plus)

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings Present tailored solutions confidently, both digitally and in person

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed contracts

  • Create and negotiate offers and agreements Coordinate project timelines and communication between clients and internal teams

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions

  • Develop strategies to strengthen our B2B presence and brand

  • Analyze market trends, define KPIs and optimize campaign performance

  • Support internal collaboration and contribute to improving workflows

Your Profile

You’re a confident communicator with a talent for building long-term relationships and a passion for driving results. You enjoy taking ownership of your work, collaborating with others, and growing within a dynamic environment.

  • Bring experience in sales, client acquisition and account growth
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively across different audiences

  • Stay calm and solution-focused, even in high-pressure situations
  • Are fluent in German and English (Italian or French is a plus)
  • Are open to travel and have a professional, approachable presence
  • Use CRM tools with confidence and structure your sales activities effectively
  • Ideally have experience in the 3D or scanning industry
  • Work well in a team while taking initiative and responsibility
  • Combine strategic thinking with empathy, enthusiasm and drive
